Opening of Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Technologies and Economic Analysis (UPC-UPF)

On December 3rd at 5pm will take place the celebration of the opening of new Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Technologies and Economic Analysis (UPC-UPF) at the Pabellón Mies Van de Rohe. Created by Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Universitat Pompeu Fabra and developed in cooperation with Barcelona Global and FemCAT, the Degree counts with 40 enrolled students, of which 43% are women and it is taught entirely in English. The admission mark is 12,102 of 14.

This new bachelor’s degree is a result of the project originally conceptualized by Barcelona Global more than 3 years ago as a response to the necessity to create degrees of excellence in Barcelona which combine the education required by current industrial network. To manage the degree Barcelona Education in Science and Technology (BEST) Foundation was created, the organization that will be in charge of coordinating the relations between the two universities and the corporate participation through the support programmes, aiming to provide access to the degree to the best students.
