The 6th Edition of the Hola Barcelona! Cocktail gathers more than 1400 people

The last September 13th was celebrated at Palauet Albénizthe sixth Edition of the Hola Barcelona! Cocktail, organized by Barcelona Global with the collaboration of the City Council. The event was promoted with the will to welcome internationals settled in the city and strengthen the connection between “Barcelonians by birth” and “Barcelonians by choice”.

The evening started with the concert of string quartet of Conservatori del Liceu and the performance of 13 singers of “Broadway a Capella” from Grup Focus. The event was led by the journalist Bibiana Ballbé and the entrepreneur Tony Anagor (both members of Barcelona Global), who presented the testimonials of the internationals Staffan Schüberg, CEO of Esteve, and Jelena Karamata, Head of Global Digital Hub at Nestlé.

The event to which attended more than 1400 people of 70 different nationalities was chaired by the Mayoress of Barcelona, Ada Colau, and the Chairman of Barcelona Global, Pau Guardans i Cambó, who concluded the institutional parliaments.

One of the distinctive points of this edition of the Hola Barcelona! Cocktail was the distribution of different areas of interest in space to promote the networking among these present: “science and innovation”, “culture and sports”, “finance and investments” and “tourism and leisure”.
